CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointment & Deposit Policy A deposit is required to secure your appointment date and time. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. Please note that if the deposit is not received within 24 hours, the appointment slot will be released and made available for other clients. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the deposit. There is a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes will result in immediate cancellation, and the deposit will be non-refundable. Please note that due to limited working space, I have a no children or extra guests policy. I appreciate your understanding. You are welcome to bring snacks or food, as some hair services may take several hours. In the event that I need to cancel your appointment due to family obligations, I will do my best to reschedule you at a convenient time. If rescheduling is not possible, your deposit will be fully refunded.
